The Custom Tattoo Process
1. Submit Your Idea
Complete the custom tattoo request form with your concept, preferred placement, size, and reference images.
2. Consultation & Planning
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll discuss design direction, session length, and scheduling via email. Depending on the nature of the tattoo, an in-person consultation may be arranged.
3. Draft Approval
Your tattoo is designed specifically for your body and placement. A rough outline of the design will be sent to you 1-3 days before the appointment. Design work is done after a deposit is placed.
4. Tattoo Day
The stencil is placed on the body and adjusted as needed to ensure the design flows naturally with your anatomy before tattooing begins.
Pricing & Sessions
Custom tattoos are priced based on size, placement, and complexity.
Larger or more detailed projects may require multiple full-day sessions.
Each full-day session is approximately 6 hours.
Pricing and session estimates will be discussed after reviewing your submission.

For health and safety reasons, I’m unable to tattoo clients with certain medical conditions or circumstances.
This includes pregnancy or breastfeeding, being under 18, recent Accutane use, active skin conditions in the tattoo area, and certain medical conditions that may require clearance.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment which will go towards the final cost of the tattoo.
The deposit secures design time for your original submission.
If the tattoo concept is changed significantly after a deposit has been placed, a new deposit may be required and the original deposit may be forfeited.
If you decide not to proceed with the approved design on the day of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you’re unsure about your concept, please reach out before booking so we can ensure we’re aligned.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required to secure a new time slot.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, an additional $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required.
